“I am floored by the kindness and welcoming feeling at Preferred Rehab in Caledonia. My son was in a car accident and while he was left with minor injuries his mental trauma from it is of the sensitive kind. The staff at this clinic made him feel very comfortable and after just a few minutes he was able to open up and relax. “Edit: I've since also been treated by Priscilla, for reflexology. Highly recommend!! You won't regret it. Intelligent,kind, funny, and knows her stuff! Best physio I've ever been to. “I recently finished being treated by Jessica Armstrong who absolutely knows her stuff. She turned my very sore left knee into a fully functional one in only few sessions. Besides being competent at their job, all the staff members that I came across with were super friendly. “I had a great deal of shoulder pain that was affecting daily activities, particularly sleeping. Jessica accurately evaluated the problem and within weeks my shoulder was sooo much better. I love that the exercises prescribed are available on the app and Meagan was great at helping to introduce and review these. I would definitely recommend this clinic and would return if issues were to arise again. “I found the team at Argyle Physio to be professional, friendly and helpful. Jessica was great at explaining why and how my injury occurred, but more importantly, how to fix it with posture and exercises tailored to the specific injury. She was recommended to me, and so glad that she was, as I am now pain free from an injury I thought I would just have to live with. “I had spinal surgery in early January and started physio with Jess two weeks later. Having been quite limited in movement for a couple years, Jess helped me immensely through my early healing and then to build strength and mobility as the weeks passed. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough and is a professional in her field. I’ve had physio many times over the years but my experience with Jess was so caring and positive that she is the best I’ve ever had. I’m so happy to have had her for my treatment after this surgery. “I have been receiving treatment from Jessica for a shoulder problem since mid-summer. Today, I have been discharged with much improved range of motion in my shoulder and, most importantly, no pain!
