“Dr Wan was very upbeat through my entire appointment, so refreshing! Very detailed and knowledgeable, she explained everything in language that was easily understood. Appointment was never rushed. “Dr. Wan was very knowledgeable, caring, very friendly and made it very easy to understand the instructions. This was important because I have a 3 year old and a 6 year old. Dr. Wan was able to handle them both. Both my kids loved going to Dr. Wan. The office was very new and modern. Was very clean. The office is constantly sanitized, which I love. The staff made the environment very welcoming. I really like how they used the monitor to show the letters instead of the old sheet or projector on the wall. My kids loved the toy at the end. The appointment was very quick and efficient. Easy to understand the result and next steps. I would recommend Dr. Wan to my friends and family.”

“It was my 5 year-old son's first visit for an eye exam, and I had to say it was a great experience! Initially my son was a bit nervous because he didn't know what to expect, but he quickly opened up since the store manger and Dr. Wan were so friendly and great with kids! They followed the COVID protocol which I felt very safe visiting the store! I even saw Desmond, the store manager, promply cleaned up the first area when we moved to the second area. The place is very new, modern and clean! Overall it was an awesome experience and I highly recommend this place for those looking for an optometrist!”
