“Their online appointment system does not list any prices. Made an appointment, took time off work to attend, only to find out they charge $100. When I suggested to the receptionist they add their prices online to save people time, I was told with an eye roll that management would be advised. “This will be my final transaction with this establishment. Product is poor quality but you still pay top price for it. Was not called when my order was ready, had to contact them - not the first time that has happened. “Excellent service, a very thorough exam to find out what was causing my feet problems by Wayne Dryer. He also provided a temporary solution to help me out while my insoles were being made. After two weeks went by I was back to have a follow up and needed a couple of adjustments which were done on the spot within 10-15 minutes. Was told if I have any other problems to call they'd make any necessary adjustments. I've had no problems since and not only did they help with my feet pain but also alleviated my knee pain too.
