“I would like to share my experience with Andrew and his team. I have been seeing Andrew since May, and from the very beginning I have felt well cared for and supported. He is consistently attentive, patient, and takes the time to listen carefully to my concerns. I never feel rushed during appointments, and he always makes sure I understand everything clearly before moving forward. The overall environment is also very welcoming. The staff are friendly, greet you with a smile, and are always willing to help with any questions or needs. It makes a real difference to feel comfortable and respected every time I visit. “Amazing centre. Sofia was my therapist and helped me deal with a lingering injury in my shoulder and neck. I had been to doctor for X-rays and ultrasound, had massage and osteopath treatments but nothing helped and I was no better after 3 months. After starting physio I saw improvements and Sofia fine-tuned treatments over time until I got better. Staff are all amazing, appointments are usually readily available and they have an app to track progress. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend!”Read moreShow less

“A quick Google search for pelvic floor therapist in the West Island of Montreal brought me to ARC’s five star review. I soon understood why. When I picked up the phone to inquire about their services and book, my very first treatment, I immediately felt like a lifelong client. Their front line staff is professional, accommodating, and friendly. I shared my preferred availability and although I did not get the initial time slot, I wanted, as soon as a more desirable window opened up, they sent me a text to let me know. My first appointment with Ms Melanie Pham was amazing. Melanie made sure I was comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and let me ask a jillion questions. I received a follow up text, not AI, asking how I am managing with my exercises. I took that opportunity to inquire about a small piece of equipment that would help me with my treatment and Shannon went above and beyond to inquire about the exact item I need to buy AND sent me a link to where to buy it. “If you're a new mommy treat yourself and your baby to a class with melanie ! Was hesitant to try it out when i got invited by a friend and ended up doing a second session. Gives me a fun interactive hour outside of the house. All the moms were so friendly and melanie was just the best. She is great with different postpartum needs whatever type of delivery you had and she is just excellent with the babies. All the babies including mine would always give her the biggest smiles. The workouts are not too hard but you definitely feel it the next day! Perfect combo !! It's also a really no stress enviroment. You need a break you take it. Your baby needs a moment, a feed, a diaper change you just do it on your yoga mat and join back when you want. Great physio clinic everyone is very nice, physios, owners, recpetionists. “ARC Physio is a really nice helpful physio venue with a staff that go out of the way to make you comfortable and give the best service 😇😇 The place is super nice with wonderful receptionists and I love the paintings on the wall ❤️❤️ I have had acute back issues while my husband has chronic neck issues and from the initial evaluation of 1 hour to subsequent sessions of 45 mins, each session has super helpful 🙏🙏 Melanie and Sophia are incredible physiotherapists and give the best treatment physio exercises 🙏🙏 We particularly appreciate how each session starts with a review and range of motion movements! My husband has taken massage therapy here as well with Veronica.
