“The staff at Arc Physio are beyond amazing. Besides being knowledgeable, they are empathetic and supportive. I had full knee replacement surgery and the post surgery physiotherapy with Christine has been stellar. Ashley the receptionist is friendly, organized and welcoming. “Unfortunately when I arrived there were no available parking spaces that are assigned to Arc. I was advised by the receptionist at Arc to purchase a $1 pay-and-display ticket and place it on my dashboard. The receptionist offered to give me the $1 cost back when I was leaving so this must be standard procedure for Arc. When I got back to my car after my massage there was a $100 parking fine on my windshield from the property management. The receptionist tried to get the fine reversed but they refused. My massage with Teresa was excellent but I will not go back and would not recommend this location to anyone because of the parking issue. One massage ended up costing me over $200”Read moreShow less

“I was referred to this clinic for a calf muscle issue and I worked with Christine for just over a month. The staff is fantastic, so friendly and makes you feel so welcome (even when i had to take my preschooler along to one of the appointments)! The place is very clean and well organized, offers free parking, and the care recieved was great! I couldn’t help but be a bit sad to end my visits, but my leg is doing much better so no longer necessary. Would 100% recommend. Amazing staff! ⭐️”Read moreShow less

“I couldn’t figure out what was wrong; I was just in pain. I went to other physios and chiros for a while, but after a couple of sessions we would lose focus. Christine asked questions, listened, and was open and honest during the sessions. My mobility and pain levels weren’t aligning, which pointed in the right direction. “I love that my therapy for my knee replacement was so close to get to, just across the street from the Credit Valley Hospital. Parking in their designated spaces were always available. Love the way I was welcomed into the centre. Christine did most of my therapy session with care compassion and skill. Always motivational and encouraging. I had a session with Amna as well. What an incredible team of experts . Another blessing is to have Dr McGoey my Orthopedic Surgeon and Ludee in the same location.
