“My husband and I went for a couples massage that was supposed to last 60 min. Our appointment was at 12. A couple hours before our appointment we got a call that they were running behind so if we could reschedule for 2 pm that same day. We agreed (things happen) we got there early as they ask you to get there early as their time is so valuable however they had as waiting until 2:30 to get us in. Once we got in the whole massage lasted less than 40 min and the whole time it felt very rushed on my husband and I. But still charged us for 60 min. We didn’t even realize times and didn’t talk about our experiences until we got in the car. My husband called back and explained the situation which they offered $30 off on the next massage although our money had been stolen as they stole 40 minutes between both massages. Every time I have gone for any type of treatment to this establishment it would start 30+ minutes late. Not considering people’s busy lives. “Incredible service, the loveliest staff. I’ve had multiple treatments, from massage, to laser hair removal, and all we’re done so well. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Prices are also affordable compared to many massage places! Will be going back!”

“The massage was excellent, Mrs. Patricia is so professional and she knows what to do, excellent job. But the administration 👎🏽 they submitted the claim through my insurance and I did this for 3 years, I never had any troubles, but yesterday they made me PAY and then they submitted the claim, I mean I payed TWICE and Im still so mad about it, Mrs. Aragon your administration needs more training.”Read moreShow less

“Had a laser treatment and my husband a massage therapy. So far everything has been very nice and professional. Place is super clean and staff is very welcoming. Parking lot is conveniently in front of the parlour. We had a bit of an issue with booking and also with payment, but nothing that wasn’t quickly solved by one of the managers. “I was going there for a little over a year and from the first and second visit- I knew who to always ask for when I book an appointment- this was due to lack of communication with the massage therapist who couldn’t communicate effectively in English. COVID happened and they closed and when things re-opened back, my regular massage therapist had quit. I bought I package so decided to try one of the new therapists. The new therapist basically just ran her hands over my body without concentrating on areas to work on the tissues. I saw the owner at a later date and I spoke to her about it- she basically asked me what I was expecting otherwise. I was shocked as this wasn’t my first time so I would have an idea of what a massage should feel like and what to expect. “Love this place! I had laser hair removal and the Fraxel Laser with CO2 done there and loved my treatment. Staff are lovely and welcoming. They speak English and Spanish. The parking lot is huge. They follow the Covid protocols to avoid the spread of virus.”
