“Shivhoun had been my family’s physiotherapist for over 25 years. She is a dedicated, professional, caring individual. My mother says her hands are “magical and she is an angel sent”. The rest of the staff are also amazing. Keep up the great work!!”

“This is definitely the best place for both massage and physiotherapy. The massage therapist is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and the physiotherapist is equally skilled . The staff is warm and friendly, always making you feel welcome. I highly recommend it!”

“disappointment with my recent experience. Despite notifying staff of my 15-minute expected tardiness during the 11:45 AM confirmation call, I was met with an unfriendly reception. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that my 15-minute delay would result in a shortened service (30 minutes instead of the originally scheduled duration) with no adjustment to the fee. Furthermore, I was told that if I chose not to proceed with the shortened massage, I would still be required to pay for the 15 minutes. When I expressed concern, the receptionist emphasized, "We are doing business here. We're here for business," implying that flexibility was not an option. I understand the importance of punctuality and respect for business time. However, I believe clarity on late arrival policies and associated fees should be communicated during confirmation calls to avoid misunderstandings. Moreover, I expect a more customer-centric approach, especially when unforeseen delays occur. The rigid adherence to policy, coupled with the receptionist's dismissive tone, left a negative impression. I suggest revising your policies and staff training to strike a better balance between business needs and customer satisfaction.”
