“Apple Creek has been the predictable and dependable part of my life 2x a week while going through concussion therapy.. Vithujan my therapist has been extremely caring and helpful, and now 5weeks on, lI can see how much I have improved and from where I was to now THANK YOU.. to the front desk staff you did whatever it took when I was in need.. you are a godsend.. Ann and Jay you put a smile on my face whenever I come in.. and you let me know about a cancellation and got me in the very week or the concussion.. the days of being in a dark room are over.. it's important to get the help and recover.. to the whole team at Apple Creek.. you are an amazing operation with clean, modern equipment to help us RECOVER.. “I highly recommend Faiza Abdullah for osteopathic therapy. This is my second C-section, and after my first postpartum recovery, I visited a variety of physiotherapists, acupuncturists, and chiropractors. None of those treatments were as effective as the care I received from Faiza. Faiza is exceptionally knowledgeable about women’s health. Her clinical Pilates approach has been incredibly effective for rebuilding my core strength and addressing both my chronic back pain and long-standing sciatica. I leave every session feeling relieved, refreshed, and stronger. What I appreciate most is that she provides progressive, easy-to-follow exercises that fit realistically into a busy mom’s schedule. Since starting treatment with her, I’ve experienced significantly less pain and have been amazed to feel my muscles activating and strengthening again. “I highly recommend Apple Creek Sports Medicine Clinic. They are the one-stop-shop for those focusing on their body, healing and health. I have been bounced around from doctor to doctor, appointment to appointment for months in a serious painful condition with no solution in sight. And within a couple visits they were able to help, assess, guide and provide an effective and hopeful pathway forward to healing. I can't say enough. They are an amazing group of extremely knowledgeable and supportive professionals and I really appreciate their expertise and solutions in helping manage my pain. They were even knowledgeable of my Lymphadema condition, which is rare to find, and were able to treat it accordingly. Aubrey has made ALL the difference in my day to day mobility! “I went to see Jordan Katz because of my persisting shoulder pain. He listened carefully to my condition and conducted a thorough assessment. He was very friendly and patient, and provided a variety of treatments, including massage, ultrasound therapy, and acupuncture. At every visit, he carefully followed up on my progress and adjusted my treatment plan by introducing new exercises based on my feedback. After ten sessions, my shoulder pain was significantly reduced, my range of motion improved markedly, and the shoulder impingement issue was resolved.
