“Courtney really knows her stuff. Her evaluation and assessment of my injury/issue were very thorough. In addition, with a really cool app showing layers of musculature and nerves, she explained clearly what my issue is. Having that visual really helped me understand my issue 100%!! The exercises prescribed are easy to follow and will target the area of treatment. Courtney also recommended what I physically should and shouldn’t do for now.
