“After my motor vehicle accident, I was dealing with intense neck pain, lower back discomfort, and stiffness that made even simple movements difficult. Coming to Apollo Physio truly made a huge difference in my recovery journey. I received treatment from Vidhi, my physiotherapist, Janki, my massage therapist, and chiropractic care from Dr. Dhaliwal and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Vidhi created a well-structured treatment plan and guided me through exercises that gradually improved my strength and mobility. She explained everything clearly and kept track of my progress at every step. Janki’s massage therapy sessions were incredibly helpful in reducing muscle tightness and relieving pain. After each session, I felt more relaxed and could move more freely. Chiropractic sessions with Dr. Dhaliwal were also a key part of my recovery. His adjustments helped improve my alignment and significantly reduced the stiffness and discomfort I was experiencing. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable throughout each session. Within a few weeks, I noticed major improvements less pain, better movement, and a return to my normal daily routine. The combined approach of physiotherapy, massage, and chiropractic care really made the recovery process faster and more effective. The clinic is clean, well organized, and has a very positive and welcoming environment. The front desk staff are friendly and always helpful with booking and insurance related questions. I’m truly grateful to the entire team at Apollo Physio, especially Vidhi, Janki, and Dr. Dhaliwal, for their care and support. “I’ve been receiving treatment at Apollo Physiotherapy since September after my accident, and my experience has been excellent. Dr. Harman has been incredibly supportive, friendly, and professional throughout my recovery. He takes the time to listen, explains the treatment clearly, and always makes sure I’m comfortable during the sessions. I also want to appreciate the rest of the staff—they are all amazing, welcoming, and always helpful. The whole team creates such a positive and comfortable environment, which really makes a difference during recovery.
