“From arriving into a gloriously child-friendly waiting room, with retro arcade games and cushy low seating, to the friendly front office staff, clean and compact examination rooms with Disney on the ceiling overhead, and the incredibly kind and patient Dr and assistants, to quickly having my child get evaluated and receive treatment (teeth extractions) over and above my greatest expectations—this whole experience made going to the dentist so much less scary and intimidating for my child (AUHD) that I had happy tears. My son’s “bravery” was rewarded with prizes and he left that building in awe, saying “but that didn’t hurt” in amazement. Thank you, Dr. Mah! Forever grateful. “Took my autistic 11 year old to see Dr. Ma. Everyone there was amazing and so patient with him. My son wouldn't let them do anything but they still gave him a toy, tooth brush and tooth paste. The assistant also gave us some gloves and face masks to take home to play dentist so he can get a bit more used to it before our next visit.”Read moreShow less

“My 5 year old daughter Autumn is/was terrified of needles and had to undergo a major dental surgery at the hospital recently. I would love to Express the Dr's as well as nurses at the hospital that were working on my girly and all the Apex staff were absolutely amazing. They were very understanding and helped out in any way possible to make her procedure/surgery as comfortable as possible. DR Ma promised my little girl a brand new lego set as she requested after her follow up the very next day and not only did he stick true to his word he also gave her an additional gift for being one strong tough little girl. The dental helper also gifted my son whom was with me 2 toonies to use out in the waiting room so he wouldn't feel left out. Such a great environment, friendly staff and play area for the kids to keep occupied in while waiting to be seen. I highly recommend Apex Dental in fort st john to anyone 100%”Read moreShow less
