“I had a wonderful experience at AP Studio! Victoria was my technician, and she was incredibly friendly, professional, and talented. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment and did an amazing job. The salon itself is beautiful and welcoming, with free parking available, which is very convenient. They also offer complimentary coffee or tea, making the experience even more enjoyable. “My wife visited this studio last Tuesday for a haircut. Before the haircut started, she clearly explained the style she wanted and also showed a reference photo to make sure everything was understood. Unfortunately, the final result was very disappointing and did not match the requested style. At first, she thought maybe she was overreacting, but friends and family also agreed that the quality did not meet professional expectations. She paid around $100 for the service and expected a much better result. One concern we have noticed is the frequent change of staff at the studio. Our family has been a customer since the studio opened, so I would like to know what your policy is for situations where a customer is not satisfied with the service received. Although the situation cannot fully be corrected, I hope the studio has a professional approach to customer satisfaction and feedback. Thank you.”Read moreShow less

“This was my first time going to this salon, as I moved from out of area to Vaughan. The salon is located conveniently in my building complex so I decided to try them. I booked a manicure with Viktoria and I have to say it was the best manicure I’ve ever had! She was kind, friendly and sweet. She listened carefully and gave me exactly what I asked for. Her attention to detail from the cuticles, to the length, to the shape, to the colour, to giving the French tip the right amount of white…perfection! She even let me stay in the chair to apply the design when I mistakenly only booked for colour alone. I’ll definitely be coming back. “I had an LPG treatment and I’m so happy I chose this place! Everyone was incredibly friendly especially the front desk, the owner, and Angela who did the treatment. The studio is very clean and extremely professional. You can really tell that every little detail has been carefully thought through.
