“Anita D'Onghia is by far one of the most incredible RMTs in the Sea to Sky. I have been seeing her regularly for over 5 years and continue to be amazed at her knowledge and skill set. Of her many techniques, myofascial release and deep tissue are two of my favourites. “My first appointments with Anita were during a very harsh flare up of my chronic sciatica. I was barely mobile. She has been a critical part of my recovery and ongoing management of my sciatica. “Anita has been my go-to massage therapist for years. She is personable and professional, and listens carefully to what my complaints are to modify the treatment to achieve maximum effectiveness and immediate relief. She is by far the best therapist I have sought treatment from for myofascial release.
