“This was my first time in consulting with a pelvic health physiotherapist. I learned so much from my meeting with Andrea Picket about the importance of healthy pelvic organs; which also included a physical assesment and exercises to do at home. I had a total hysterectomy 10 months ago and wanted to learn more about taking care of my pelvic floor. I'm happy that I met with Andrea and look forward to my first treatment in two weeks!
