“Went to get my glasses tightened and they broke my expensive glasses that I PAID for and they tryna tell me ‘wear and tear’ broke them, just wanted me to buy another pair and get an exam. Nothing but a cash grab.”

“Have been waiting weeks for an eye prescription in the mail but I live in town and was told that they “have” to mail it out. The post office is next door and it’s been weeks, well over a month!”

“Was not very good with children. No patience at all. My son has been to 3 different optometrists and this visit was by far the worst. Would recommend Crest Eyecare in Winnipeg for children.”
