“I initially came to this office for EMDR therapy, and it’s been incredibly transformative. The EMDR sessions have helped me work through things I didn’t think I’d ever untangle, but what’s been just as valuable is how versatile and effective the overall therapeutic approach has been. My therapist seamlessly integrates different techniques depending on what I need in the moment, and somehow always knows when to listen, when to guide, and when to gently push me forward. The only downside? I can’t be friends with my therapist — and honestly, that feels unfair because they’re exactly the kind of person I’d want to hang out with in real life.
