“Jaimy has changed my life with acupuncture and osteopathy! She is very gentle, yet the subtle shifts are what changed my healing journey. “I've been going to Ancient Cedar for massage, osteopathy & acupuncture for ~10 months and have had wonderful experiences. From an administrative perspective, appointment booking is easy and they are very communicative about waiting list/cancellation appointment opportunities when needed. The care I've received from both Allie and Jaimy has been superb as I've been on the slow journey of healing a herniated disc. Importantly, I have found the clinic very accessible and inclusive. As a fat person, it's common to experience chairs and equipment that is not accessible for fat bodies and practitioners who are dehumanizing and harmful. My experiences at Ancient Cedar have been not only physically accessible (e.g., strong tables that can accommodate heavier bodies), but also extremely safe, friendly, and non-judgmental.
