“I’ve been attending CrossFit classes at Anchor since April 2018. I’ve also seen Dr.Alli Cain, Chiropractor and Derek Smith, RMT. They’ve both been fantastic in helping me to take care of my body so that I can perform at my best in the gym. I started seeing results much faster than I was before. Programming by Coach Jordan is amazing and has helped me to achieve goals that I didn’t think would be attainable for me this year. I have fun while I bust my butt at every class because of the coaches. I recommend Anchor to everyone!!”
