“5/5 stars for Dr Sikura and Forum Ghandi, I’ve been to see both ladies for chiro and physio, respectively. I always feel so much better, physically and mentally after my treatments, and Anchor is a very supportive establishment for women - I see so many new moms with young babies here. “I’ve been going to Sean for my prenatal massage therapy appointments for a few weeks now. When I first started I was seeking treatment for back pain. “I’m disappointed with how this clinic handles its cancellation policy. I had to cancel an appointment late due to an unexpected situation, and I was charged a 50% fee — even though I was never informed of any cancellation policy when booking. I requested a copy of the official cancellation policy to understand the basis of the fee, but the clinic did not provide it. Charging patients without clear prior notice is frustrating and unfair. Patients deserve transparency and professionalism, and I hope the clinic reviews its communication practices to ensure all policies are clearly shared before confirming appointments.
