Front staff need to learn how to answer a phone. Waiting on hold for 15+ minutes every time you call is unacceptable, Especially when they tell you messages will not be replied to and only leave one to cancel an appointment. Five stars to Dr. Trihn, who is absolutely amazing. If you need a good sports medicine doctor, he is the one you should Be seeing.

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I went back one month after receiving a gel injection in my foot because it did not improve my pain. I expected a follow-up appointment to discuss other treatment options or get advice on what to do next. Instead, I was told that I had to get another injection immediately. I was informed it would be free if I had it that day, but if I came back the next day, I would have to pay another $650. I explained that I wasn’t prepared for another injection and hadn’t planned for the recovery time because I had to work the next day. I felt pressured to make a decision on the spot. The situation became even more concerning when the assistant appeared to prepare the injection on the wrong foot. I had to stop him and point out that it wasn’t the correct foot. At that point, I completely lost confidence in the care I was receiving and decided to leave without having the injection. Since then, I have called the clinic multiple times to discuss my concerns and request a refund, but no one has returned my calls. Unfortunately, I left feeling unheard, pressured, and disappointed with both the treatment and the lack of communication afterward. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience

Dr Trinh was great, Acupuncturist Michael was great. Front staff rude, talks DOWN to you as if you are a total idiot. Smiling is not in their contract😐

The only reason I gave two stars is that staff tried their best to accommodate me for a quick appointment. However, Dr. Kien Trinh was nice enough but I had two injections for my right hip, which has Osteoarthritis. First injection was $595. and was called Synvisc (There is also another Injection called Durolane) This was a complete waste of my money as was not covered under OHIP. I came back three weeks later. He said I could try a another injection into my hip called Xylocaine, which was covered under OHIP but had to pay $75. for the physio therapist to insert needle by ultrasound machine. He said 1 to 2 days to feel less pain and more comfort in hip and would last 6 months. I felt immediately less pain and more comfortable but only lasted 2 days.... not six months. A BIG waste of money! He did say it doesn't help everyone. But I would think twice before wasting your money. Just go on a waiting list for Hip, or Knee replacement.

Waiting over 4 months for a referral to turn into an appointment. Front desk staff is incapable of making a phone call on my behalf.

I am so grateful for this team. I have had Physio as well as acupuncture. The friendly staff and attention to detail with the Care received has been nothing shy of wonderful. The acupuncture treatments have definitely saved me from pain and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Is not the best for a family doctor I'm sure he is good at sports medicine doctor but that's about it , last time I was in the office I cried the whole way home he made me feel like utter crap , oh there's no nerve damage for your carpol tunel so a surgeon won't look at u ... turns out I didn't even have carpol tunnel it was ecu tendinosis which thankfully the plastic surgeon and the doc who did the emg it got fixed no thanks to him , I complained of lower back pain that was going on for 6 months and getting worse oh here's a prescription.... no xrays nothing I got a new family doc sent me for an xray on the first visit and now it's being treated so yeah don't waste your time with this office

It's incredibly difficult to reach anyone by phone, and when you do, the attitude is dismissive, as if they simply don't care. There's a lack of follow-up on test results, and the overall mentality feels indifferent and neglectful.

I had no issues with the front staff or waiting too long. Got a call the day before confirming the appointment. Arrived a little early for my appointment, and probably waited around 5-10 minutes after my appointment time. To be honest, I never saw the doctor - I was seen by a resident, but the issue was fairly minor, and it seems reasonable that a resident would be able to diagnosis it. He was pleasant and gave a great explanation of the issue and the treatment path to take.
