“Best 90 minute deep tissue massage I’ve had in my life! Amy was phenomenal, she arrived right on time, the set up was as though I was at a 5-star spa, she asked all the right questions before she started. I had shoulder surgery a few months ago and I had a sore lower back from a 5 hour drive and now I feel like a new man. I can’t say enough - 11/10!”

“Amy at Amala was awesome! My wife and I loved our deep tissue massages, and agreed that it was so nice not to have to drive home afterward! Amy is also very knowledgeable about muscle groups and physio, which helped unlock some new understanding of how to get our bodies to work better for us. The portable heated massage table was warm and comfy, just like a permanent table. Her scents, music and warmed massage oils completed a wonderful experience! It was a perfect way to help us recover and rejuvenate during our ski trip.”
