Our team provides evidence-based care for individuals, couples, and families, with services available in person and, when appropriate, virtually. “I was a kid in care here. The abuse and toxic workplace environment even the staff had. I was on drugs in the home with no help even when asked, never had a solid environment and most (not all) staff don’t get held accountable. I’ve been beaten by a staff (with photo evidence) and they never released my side. Only wrote up the staffs side horrible place.”

“They hire anyone from the street with no previous experience 97% of the staff in homes are only doing this job for their permanent residence there has been staff smoking weed with minors letting people with no license or permit drive there was a couple staff that have tried to physically hurt youth the way youth are treated is unacceptable there was a time I needed a ride to the janeway because my hand was very painful and very very swollen I called and texted staff and supervisors no answer I had to get my mom from bay Roberts to drive to St. John’s to bring me to the hospital when I arrived I tried calling them again for my mcp and all the info I need they answered and was yelling and told me to tell them when I was done meanwhile this is 11pm at night”

“They seem nice but since being put in the care of this company my kids school grades have dropped big time, doctors appointments have been neglected and my children are never accessible for me to talk to. If social services sends ten your way do your best to get away from them they will make things worse for you in the long run”
