“Alysha is 100% amazing. I require deep tissue therapy post rotator cuff surgery and I have currently been able to only secure 2 appointments due to her being fully booked long in advance. She is extremely knowledgeable and informative and honestly could have likely been my physiotherapist as well lol 😆. Her depth of knowledge is evident in her concentration on specific problem areas. I would highly recommend Alysha ‘s services to anyone. She is a true professional.”

“Alysha is AMAZING! I’ve went to several RMTs/relaxation massages in the Ottawa Valley and finally after nearly two years, I found Alysha. She is by far the BEST in the Valley. She is always professional, punctual, kind and accommodating. I’ve gone in with and without injuries, always coming out feeling better. The space is beautiful and has such calming vibes. I’d suggest booking in advance to make sure you can secure a spot. She also does beautiful makeup, so book your weddings, dinners, or other special occasions in advance as well!”

“Alysha was very thorough with my initial assessment. My first appointment was excellent because Alysha was attentive to needs and level of muscle tension I was suffering. At the end of the session she provided me with suggestions of stretches and ideas to keep the gains we made with my first visit until my next visit. Alysha is professional and knowledgeable. “I've been to a few RMTs over the years and all were very good but Alysha is amazing. She asks questions before starting to know what you want to focus on most and find every knot once she starts. Pressure is perfect, not too hard (or soft) and feels like I had a good massage afterwards. My favorite thing is she intuitively follows her clients lead when it comes to how much talking you want. I had a bad experience with a different RMT in this regard so I really enjoyed this aspect of the treatment as well. 11/10”
