“My appointment was several months ago, but while I reported everything to WSIB at the time, I realized I never left a Google review. I am doing so now because I want to make sure no one else has to go through what I did. I could go on forever about how terrible this experience was, but I’ll keep this brief just to show how unprofessional this facility truly is. If I could give zero stars, I would. I came for a workplace injury, and instead of medical help, I was met with a doctor who mocked me and belittled my pain. Dr. Jeremy Hall was completely unprofessional. He sat back in his chair with his hands in his hoodie, dismissing everything I said. He claimed my hand turning purple was just a "posture issue"—a claim my family doctor and physiotherapists say makes absolutely no sense. I was in tears during the physical assessment because, as an MRI later proved, I have a physical tear. He mocked my lack of strength instead of realizing I was in legitimate agony. He even went so far as to stop my physiotherapy until one test was done, which delayed my recovery for no reason. The intake assistant was equally incompetent. She didn't know how to use a blood pressure machine and kept doing it wrong, leaving physical marks on my arm. It got to the point where my boyfriend had to step in and do it for her. The most disgusting part happened in the parking lot. I went to my car to cry because my arm was killing me and I felt like garbage after how he treated me. While I was sitting there, Dr. Hall walked to his car and laughed at me. His behavior was so provocative it nearly led to a confrontation, but I told my boyfriend to stay calm and that I would simply report him. I have reported this to WSIB, and my caseworker agreed his conduct was entirely inappropriate. One of my physiotherapist, who actually knew him personally, rolled her eyes when she saw his name and said he should have retired long ago. Even the staff at the Brampton location were confused by his behavior and apologized on his behalf. Save yourself the trouble and go to Brampton instead, where they actually treat you like a human being.”Read moreShow less

“I've gone to Altum a few times for RMT massage and Chiro. The staff is always very professional and friendly. More recently I've been going back for Chiro as I have tension in my back and Annie is very good at alleviating the issues. Always a great visit, recommend all around.”Read moreShow less

“I began treatment for a workplace injury at Altum Clinic about 6–7 months ago, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible team of therapists who have been treating me. Emily, Alvin, Mike, and Jacqueline have each played an essential role in guiding me through the most difficult physical and cognitive healing journey of my life. Their expertise is exceptional, but what stands out most is their genuine care and dedication. It’s not hard to see that they truly believe in the work they do and in the people they help. Before transferring to Altum, I had been receiving treatment at another clinic for several months without any progress being made, which left me convinced that my injuries would be a life sentence. Transferring to Altum changed that completely. When comparing myself then to now, I’m amazed at how far I’ve come— especially physically (it seriously trips me out). I am beyond grateful to my therapists for reinstilling my faith in making a full recovery and eventually getting back to where I was before my injury.”Read moreShow less
