“I’ve been coming to Altum Health in Ajax for my physiotherapy following a work injury, and the experience has been excellent. A huge thank you to Erin for her wonderful help. She has been incredibly professional and patient in guiding me through my recovery. I’ve been struggling with balance issues, and her expertise in balance training has made a noticeable difference. “Having finished my 6 weeks of post operative therapy at the Ajax Altum Health with my therapist Rob. I have responded more than I would have expected. His attention and care has allowed me to progress from my full knee replacement to almost full functional ability. “I had an amazing experience at Altum in Ajax. My physiotherapist, Jade, was absolutely outstanding—she is incredibly skilled, attentive, and made every session feel personalized and safe. Rob, my kinesiologist, was a gem—he took the time to understand my injury deeply and customized each plan perfectly for me. His positive energy and expertise kept me motivated every step of the way. Sarah at the front desk was amazing—so patient and helpful. The entire staff was supportive, working with me through my limitations—always encouraging and motivating me. “I truly cannot say enough good things about this clinic. They supported me both before and after my shoulder surgery, and the level of care I received has been absolutely phenomenal. Recovering from an injury and surgery can be overwhelming, but this team made me feel supported every step of the way. From the moment you walk in, the staff are welcoming, kind, and professional. What really makes this clinic stand out is the incredible team approach. Between physiotherapy, occupational therapy, kinesiology, psychology, and the other providers, you feel like you have an entire group of people working together to help you heal and regain your strength. I have been to a few other clinics before this one, and none of them compare. The knowledge, dedication, and genuine care from everyone here has made such a difference in my recovery. They go above and beyond for their patients, and I am so grateful for everything they’ve done to help me get my shoulder and my life back. “an excellent experience at UHN Altum Health Physio Centre located at 235 Salem Rd South, Ajax. From the moment I started my treatment, the staff were welcoming, professional, and extremely dedicated to helping patients recover. The physiotherapist Jade and kinesiologist Rob and support staff are knowledgeable, reliable, and very hardworking. They took the time to understand my condition and created a treatment plan that truly helped me improve. Their occupational therapist Nathania is excellent at what she does—very skilled, patient, and supportive throughout the process. She made a big difference in my recovery and helped me regain confidence in my daily activities. Thanks to the entire team, I have seen a lot of improvement in my health and mobility.
