“I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel like I should share my experience so others are aware. I went to this salon after looking at the reviews. The experience itself was honestly good, the salon is beautiful and my nail tech was very kind. It wasn’t until afterward, once I looked closer at my nails, that I noticed the quality issues with the manicure. I did try reaching out privately to management before posting this review, but after sending photos, I never heard back. I genuinely don’t enjoy posting things like this, but I also think it’s fair to be honest about the quality of the work I received.”Read moreShow less

“Let’s talk about Ashley the Osteopath 😍 I can’t recommend her enough. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable — she’s warm, friendly, and incredibly approachable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes the time to really listen. What stood out most was how she went above and beyond — she even lent me a book on stretching to help with my tight hips so I could continue supporting my body between treatments.
