“Had a great experience. Went with the intention of holding off a hip replacement for as long as possible and it seems to be working. Dhaval Patel really knows his stuff. The exercises/stretches he chose worked really well. He also changed them weekly after testing my progress. The exercised seemed to be very specific to my needs because the progress was measurable each week. Very pleased with the results and I will be back as I am 72 years old and specific problems come up that i would like to address in order to keep in shape.”Read moreShow less

“I had a great experience at Alta Sask in Meadow Lake. The physiotherapy I received was excellent, and Amanjot was fantastic throughout my recovery. After tearing my gastrocnemius muscle, I was having difficulty walking, but Amanjot provided effective treatment, clear guidance, and the right exercises to help me regain my mobility and recover properly. “People here are friendly, helpful, accommodating and most especially they have the knowledge in their profession. I always go here whenever I have problem, first with my back pain then with my plantar fasciitis and now with my achilles bursitis and they always get me back in shape.
