She took the time to listen to my concerns and was able to pinpoint the source of my pain immediately. “Rachel has been a key person in my daughter’s full recovery from volleyball injuries. We are so thankful that a friend told us about Rachel. “I’ve never liked going to Physio because you spend 5-10 minutes with them and the rest you are icing or putting heat on your injury. When I found Alta Physio, it was a new experience! I spent the whole appointment with my physio working on the injury. The space is comfy & cozy, doesn’t feel like a “typical” physio space. I highly recommend Alta Physio for their caring team, comfortable environment, and understanding staff. Shout out to SARAH PARK!”
