Due to us being a new clinic, some of our practitioners are unable to direct bill certain insurances. Please ask us ahead of time whether they are able to direct bill or not!

Please prepare one piece of government issued ID and your insurance card for billing purposes! Please note that there may be issues not on our end that may require you to submit manually for secondary insurances. This may require us to collect the full payment for your visit.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice without a late cancellation fee.

“I’ve been seeing Alfred for RMT treatments for my shoulders, lower back, and hip alignment, and the results have been excellent. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to understand the root cause of the discomfort rather than just treating the symptoms. After each session, I notice a significant improvement in my shoulder tension and overall mobility, and my hips feel much more balanced and aligned. “The place is super clean, and the receptionist, Christy, is very kind and welcoming. She always opens the door for me when I’m coming in or leaving, which I really appreciate. Jeremy (RMT), Tom (Physiotherapist), and David (Acupuncturist) are all very professional. They focus on the pain areas and do their best to help with your treatment plan. The clinic is very clean and has a luxurious atmosphere. Highly recommended! They also offer candy and water at the front desk, which is a nice touch and helps you stay hydrated during your treatment.”
