“I was amazed by how much Kristen helped me in just 2 visits! I have dealt with knee pain for years as a runner, and she was able to quickly assess my gait and make adjustments that helped me run pain free in less than a week, so that I can continue training for a marathon! “I saw Jacki Tucker at ALPHA Health Service East yesterday. This was my first physio appointment since my hip replacement surgery (total hip arthroplasty) on November 27, 2025. Have to say I had hesitation starting with someone new to me - I had been going somewhere else for the last couple of years. But thought - 'New Hip, Fresh Start'! I will never look back - she's stuck with me now! It was a pleasure to meet Jacki. She made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. My session was excellent - she was lovely, well- educated, well-trained, smart & sweet at the same time! I never knew physio could be this thorough... I must say, I felt it today - using & training muscles that have been laying dormant (or over-compensating) for so long - I can feel the proper use of glutes and legs already!
