“The staff was great, very nice and professional, by staff I mean the reception and the dental hygienist and dental assistant. Now i will talk about my horrifying experience. I went in with tooth pain, it was urgent as i need it done asap, it was a cavity, The Xrays were super blurry , i dont even know how they saw what was wrong because they did not. the dentist, a young man, poked at my teeth with a metal stick pushing down on my cavity to see where it was , i had a panic attack. major anxiety, then he proceeded to inject the anasthesie, he didnt want to wait he was going to start right away. i groaned in pain, he did it again until he decided to wait 10 mins for it to kick in and proceeded by injecting me again and then trying again. repaired the cavity, went home, the next day horrible jaw pain up to my ear, super sensitive when eating anything. cant even floss until now. spicy food hurts too. I went to my regular dentist and wow what a difference..... Im shocked. I will never go to an emergency clinic again, it felt like i was getting a treatment in a 3rd world country.”

“I would not usually write a review for a dental clinic, but this situation warrants a warning to other people. I want to start by saying that I gave two stars because the staff was polite, service was quick, they are easy to reach and they are open longer than most places. The problem was with the service I got. I needed to have my upper lingual wire repaired as it was loose on one side. The first time I went, the dentist did what felt like a rushed job and held up for less than two weeks. I went back to get it fixed for free and the dentist took his time and fixed it. Not 3 days later, it is broken again and the clinic now wants to charge me a second time for work that was not well done. Will be taking my business elsewhere.”

“"I think it's virtually no emergency treatment if you go to an emergency appointment, but don't get treatment every time and just take an X-ray and send it back. If your schedule is really full, you shouldn't get an emergency appointment in the first place, and as long as you let the patient come, you should give them the least amount of treatment."”

“My mother had a tooth extraction yesterday at alpha Dental Clinic on the South Shore, and it was a very disappointing experience. The anesthesia did not seem sufficient, and she was in significant pain during the procedure. The whole process felt quite unprofessional. After the extraction, she asked if she could keep her tooth, but they told her it had already been thrown away in a yellow medical waste bin and couldn’t be taken out. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this clinic.”

“Last year I got my wisdom tooth pulled, and they didn’t give me any anti-inflammatories or even basic aftercare instructions. I went home and my cheek blew up like a balloon. Good thing I had my own meds, or who knows what would’ve happened. How are you guys even dentists? Did you actually pass your exams? Anyone with half a brain wouldn’t have handled it like that. Then I asked about a cleaning, and they told me I needed another X-ray… I was like, didn’t you already take one when you pulled the tooth? But the front desk clearly just wanted to squeeze more money out of me. I don’t like trash-talking people, but honestly, your clinic’s skills, ethics, and the way you try to cash-grab are truly something to behold. 👍”

“I called early saturday morning for an urgent appointment (i had sudden sharp pain in my gums) and was given an appointment the same day! Service was great & on time. the doctor removed a popcorn bit that was causing my problem 😓 and the price was so reasonable and fair! Great experience over all. I would definitely come back for an emergency if needed. Too bad I live far to have them as my usual dentist.”

“receptionist very welckming and talks through the payment process.. as for the dentist,dr farah..he is very professional...gives treatment without any pain(had an extraction and root canal). was very satisfied with the service. i loved how they offer reassurance based on the level of fear of dentist/pain. it's been a day since my root canal and i feel no pain at all..just mild discomfort.. although i think the pain varies from person to person..but personally,i really appreciate dr farah's experience in dentistry.”

“Dr. Samer is an excellent professional. All staff was kind and made me and my family feel very comfortable. I strongly recommend this clinic if you need to do ortho treatment, the best is they open 7 days per week, my son doesn’t need to skip school at all, so convenient! We love it!😀😀😀”
