“An outstanding and highly skilled RMT. Alex balances extensive knowledge of physiology and technique with intuition and attention to detail to give exceptional therapy. She takes time before each session to understand my current situation then suggests an insightful plan to achieve specific outcomes. During session she is attentive to how well the techniques are working, and adapts them to be even more effective. For several years Alex has helped me maintain general body health. Then recently I had elbow surgery and I was very impressed with her ability to shift to acute post-surgery care. Over the course of two sessions her work has significantly increased my range of motion, loosened tense muscles, and alleviated discomfort. These sessions are a perfect complement to my post-surgery physiotherapy. Overall I strongly recommend Alex for both general health and for acute post surgery care. “I’ve been seeing Alexandra for a few years now, and I am so glad that I got connected to her. I was struggling a lot with neck and trap pain, from years of overdoing it at the office. Alexandra is an incredible massage therapist. She’s very strong, yet gentle, and very intuitive about the body. She is always willing to take the extra time and teach me specific stretches and exercises I can do at home, and she always leaves me feel amazing and relaxed after a session.
