“Kelly is absolutely amazing and I cannot say enough about her professionalism, knowledge and wonderful personality (if I could give her 6 Stars, I would!). I have had treatments on my sport ravaged and aging body with Kelly for years, working through shoulder and running related issues. “Can't recommend this place enough! I have been coming here for treatments for years, originally following my massage therapist, Andrea, from another clinic (she's that good) and then trying acupuncture with Suzanna and Chiro with Avneet which have both been incredible. Carol at front desk has also been amazing with helping me book (and rebook) all my appointments with my crazy schedule. All staff are so lovely and I've recommended so many people to come here. “Jennifer is absolute magic - worth the wait to get in (& I pre-book appointments as there’s always something wrong with me 😅) Yes they only do debit, but I’ve personally never had an issue with it. Parking is always available & rooms are always cozy and clean. Bonus points: the front desk staff are so lovely and relaxed. I was hesitant to leave a review because I don’t want her to be so busy I can’t get in, but the world deserves to know!”Read moreShow less

“One of the most professional RMT practices around. I've had the absolute pleasure of being treated by Maureen for a while now. Not only does she always go the extra mile to target the issues I bring to her, she also professionally dissects the problem areas, and fixes them. The treatments are thorough, kind, and you get a real sense of care working with her. The practice is always clean, and organized and always calming to walk into. “I tried this place for the first time. I was really impressed with the first contact person who easily let me reschedule when I had a cold. Unfortunately I was less than impressed with several things and actually stopped massage after 10 minutes. First of all after I was changed I waited 8 minutes for therapist to return. Not sure or not if this was part of my hour time…. The music was not normal soothing spa music and I could hear the chatter of the girls in reception area. The oil was cold and I was already cold. During the time I was there there was no actual massage, only a hand placed in different locations on my back. I was thankful I ended the massage rather than endure something not enjoyable or relaxing. I really enjoyed the first contact person and the interest in keeping customers and staff safe and healthy.
