“I cannot recommend Heather and Alleviate enough! I have seen Heather for massages for several years now. Heather's technique and pressure are always very helpful at relieving tightness and pain in my lower back, hips and shoulders. I always leave the clinic with a massive improvement in mobility and far less pain. I have also seen other therapist at Alleviate and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!!”

“I have been seeing Matthew Arnold for the past 6 months. I deal with a lot of chronic pain but since starting Rapid NFR with Matthew, I've seen a huge difference in the frequency of my pain. It has been one of the only things that has helped and overall lessened the pain and tension throughout my body. He is incredibly knowledgeable and talented in what he does. I would recommend him to anyone seeking treatment for pain and tension.”

“Worst massage centre. Don’t waste your money. Marrisa Annable is so horrible massager. She did massage like a 2 years old baby doing your massage. With her soft hands she was just applying oil over your body. They are just passing time and charge $129 for 60 mins for doing nothing. So think twice before you book your massage here”

“Not sure I would return. When I first walked in, I was put off by the smell. I wasn't greeted with a warm-friendly welcome upon my arrival. The reception area and the rooms have a "doctors office" feeling. The decor in the message room was a bit messy, lacked attention, thus didn't give out a sense of pride and professionnalisme. Cheap linen. All of this doesn't give out a warm, healing vibe, spa like atmosphere. The experience felt very transactional - In-and-out.”
