“I’ve been training with Rohail and Alleve Clinic for a little while now, and I can confidently say he’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness. From day one, he took the time to actually understand my goals, my lifestyle, and my limitations, instead of just throwing a generic workout at me. He explains everything clearly from proper form to why we’re doing each exercise so I always feel safe, confident, and like I’m actually learning, not just “following along.” What I appreciate most is his balance of push and support. He knows exactly when to challenge me and when to dial things back, and he never makes me feel judged. On days I come in tired or stressed, I always leave feeling better, mentally and physically. The sessions are structured, efficient, and tailored, but they’re also fun which makes it so much easier to stay consistent. Rohail is professional, punctual, and genuinely cares about his clients’ progress. He checks in, holds you accountable in a positive way, and celebrates even the small wins. I’ve noticed real improvements in my strength, energy, and confidence since working with him. If you’re thinking about getting a trainer, I honestly can’t recommend Rohail enough.
