“David has been one of the best additions to my wellness journey. He's been helping me to resolve issues with my back and shoulder that have been plaguing me for years! His RMT skills and kinesiology training have been invaluable to me and my healing journey. His studio is professional and comfortable, and as a bonus his music playlists are excellent :) David is also so respectful of my masking which I could not appreciate more. “I was lucky to have found David last summer! I was looking for an RMT as I was dealing with lower back and sciatic pain. David listened to my issues then made suggestions on where to start. He is always professional and provided me with options on what issue we should tackle first, but let me choose which path to follow. Bonus: His office is situated on the river, so just walking to the office felt relaxing :) David is very easy to talk to and I feel very comfortable during our session. “David is an excellent RMT. He has been helping my family with our pains and limitations for the last year and he’s made such a difference. David was able to help me return to work after a post-op complication, and he continues to do wonders for my husband’s injured back. I recommend him to everyone. His training in kinesiology has been amazing for helping me with learning proper exercise form. His private home studio is comfortable and quiet, and he’s been so respectful about masking while I’ve been going through my health challenges. “I have had the pleasure of being a client of David’s for both yoga classes and massage therapy. His yoga classes are excellent as he takes the time to ensure proper poses in a positive and professional way. As for David’s massages, he is the absolute best ! I had been suffering from a shoulder injury for approx 15 years when I went to see him. I had been to physio, kinesiologist and other massage therapist but the injury was still bothering me. Added later were the yoga classes, with 4 or 5 participants. They are geared to my abilities, with a lot of personal attention, including some massage at the end of each class. “Dave is the best massage therapist. I have followed him for the last 10+ years and will continue to do so. He takes the time to get to know his patients, learns about all your aches and pains and helps you find long term solutions to remain healthy, moving comfortably and just gets you to your best self. I’m fairly active and play high impact recreational sports and have constant aches and pains. Dave has fixed my back, neck, knees and feet faster and more efficiently than physio session ever did. He takes the time so show me what stretches I should be doing pre/post games to help with my issues and how to properly use the lacrosse ball to tackle deeper aches.
