“This place is incredibly amazing! Ste staff are very friendly and very accommodating like Miss Sofia who’s is very welcoming and interacts with my kids :) My wife and I go there for massage,cupping and acupuncture and they have a Dr. There who does all those and his name was Dr. HOU.. “I came to this clinic for ICBC treatment and had a really great experience. I chose this place mainly because communication in Chinese is very convenient, which made everything much easier and more comfortable. The clinic environment is very clean, warm, and welcoming. You can really feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. Highly recommend RMT Sarah and acupuncturist David — both are very professional and skilled. The treatments were effective, and you can tell they really know what they’re doing. The front desk staff are also super nice and thoughtful. “I have been a patient at this treatment center for almost 20 years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I’ve received over the years. On my most recent visit for my shoulder, Heidi did a fantastic job—her treatment made an immediate difference, and I could feel the improvement right away. The staffs are consistently professional, kind, and attentive. They truly listen, explain things clearly, and make me feel comfortable every step of the way. “My shoulder was tight two weeks ago, so I asked a friend who stays in Vancouver for more than 5 years to recommend a massage place. This is the place she directed me to. The reception lady Sophia was so easy to communicate with, she helped me to booked an appointment right away. I came to do my massage with Ava, she was amazing!!! I felt so comfortable after 50 minutes. The following week, my shoulder felt so good, not tight any more. Today is the second time I came, without any doubt, it was a great experience again. “I have visited Alive for two years from time to time. First time I came for runner’s knee, and I recovered after two treatment. This time I came for hives or allergies, and I was treated with acupuncture cupping. Dr. David was super kind and very professional. You could tell he had great experience. “I come here with my mom often and I have had treatments with several massage therapists in the past two years here. My current massage therapist is Logan and I find the treatments very effective. In the past I have had cupping done by David as well. Occasionally I have had facials done. Customer service is also very nice and I love the new renovations.
