Please note that by booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the cancellation and no show policy. If you schedule an appointment and do not show up, you will be charged up to 100% of the full appointment fee which must be paid within 30 days of the appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you may be charged up to 50% of the appointment fee. This is the policy for all appointment types.
Invoices for missed appointments will be sent out via e-mail and mail. Some appointments may require a credit card on file in order to book. If you have a credit card on file, you acknowledge and agree that your credit card may be charged if you have a no-show or late cancel fee. We also accept e-transfer, cash, debit or credit.
