“Spent the morning with Lynette. She did a pelvic alignment. Then we did Butti yoga. Then I had a massage with Mercedes and it was so good. Beautiful studio awesome products and friendly staff. Highly recommend 🩷”

“Having back pain for a couple of days and finally made an appointment with Jenny Von Hollen at Aligned Wellness. My first impression walking through the door is Wow! So cute...a very relaxing atmosphere and welcoming staff. Jenny didn't keep me waiting and escorted me into her beautiful space. Another calming relaxing area. My massage was fantastic ...all the little knots ( and big ones) were worked out of my shoulders and my lower back also feels better than it has all week. I love the heated blanket...very nice touch.
