DIRECT BILLING : Not currently offering Direct Billing.
NEW CLIENTS : We require a credit card on file to book your first appointment. If you do not have a credit card, please contact us by email to arrange to make a deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY : Cancel or reschedule 36 hours before appointment time.
Late Cancellations will be charged a $50 fee if time slot cannot be filled.
No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of treatment cost.

BENEFIT COVERAGE : All treatments are eligible to be covered under extended health benefits. You are responsible for knowing your plans coverage per visit and per annum.
