“My wife and I moved to Cochrane two years ago and both of us have old injuries that often require chiro or massage. We were fortunate to find Ali Frederick from Align Wellness. She not only helped relieve my wife's tension headaches but she was also able to provide me with massage and lymph drangage without aggravating my old (and very irritable) whiplash injury. Ali was one of the very few massage therapists who was able to provide me with a massage and I not only felt better when I left, I also had more energy. I was also on a journey to level my blood sugar before it became a bigger issue for me and Ali was an incredible support system for me as I gave up all sugar and added healthy fats to my diet. She believed in me and encouraged me and also had very helpful recommendations as I adjusted to my new way of living. It was amazing to have so much support and also someone to bounce ideas off of as I learned how my system functioned without sugar. “Perfect! Jeannine was the perfect massage therapist and aromatherapy expert. My treatment was therapeutic and being extremely sensitive, I appreciated her listening and using gentleness with the exact amount of pressure. I WILL return and maybe get a mini facial next time.
