“2026 update! Ive now been to Kara (acupuncture) Ben (massage) Jeff (osteo) Dr Ogden (naturopath) and now Lexi (massage) and my goodness, my physical (and mental?) Health has never been better! The Align staff are so kind & welcoming. Every treatment Ive had, ive felt so taken care of. Full body wellness achieved! I recommend everyone here to everyone I know, And I cant sing their praises enough. 1st review: I have had a repetitive neck injury for over 20 yrs, nothing gives me relief for long. I finally decided to try acupuncture. Kara was friendly, empathetic & knowledgable.. I didnt know what to expect.. I honestly couldnt believe the level of relief Ive had. It almost doesnt seem real to live pain free after so long. But I am. I will keep going back to Kara to maintain & for other ailments (endometriosis etc) bc she is a godsend & I recommend her highly, to anyone!! Best experience of my life!”
