“Ali is very professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Honestly, his background as a physician was the main reason I started driving all the way there every week for massages, and he has never disappointed. He is very down-to-earth and always takes the time to listen first. He can quickly identify the root of the issue and explain the why, how, and what in a way that's easy to understand, even if you don't have a medical background. I've tried several of his massage techniques, and they've all been effective, refreshing, and tailored to what I needed at the time. He's also very meticulous about his clinic environment and laundry/linens, which I really appreciate. One thing that stands out is how much he genuinely cares. He remembers things I've mentioned before and often comes back with answers or information that go above and beyond my expectations. On top of all that, he's funny and has a great sense of humour, which, for me, is a must-have because I enjoy having good conversations during sessions. Highly recommend.”
