“My baby and I came in with a concern about our requisition. The ladies in the front desk handled it calmly and respectfully. I felt well accommodated throughout the visit. “I have been coming to your clinics for many years for mammograms at two different locations, including the Southport Atrium location, and I was absolutely floored by the experience I had today. It was phenomenal! Mary came out to bring me to the back, and she was so personable and chatty. She made me feel very welcome and relaxed, and I truly appreciated the conversation I had with her. The technician, Brittany, was also wonderful, kind, caring, funny, and excellent with communication. She made what can often be an uncomfortable appointment feel easy and comfortable. I have had both good and difficult experiences over the years, but today’s appointment was honestly over-the-top amazing. I really wanted to take the time to let someone know how exceptional these staff members were, and I hope this feedback can be passed along to both Mary and Brittany. “I've had an excellent experience with EFW and couldn't be happier with my decision to switch from Canada Diagnotics. I've started going to the Southport location, and from the minute you walk in, you're greeted and assisted right away. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. I went in for an x-ray this morning and was in and out in 10 minutes - so efficient! My x-ray technician was professional, friendly and made the whole process quick and seamless. “Front desk staff and technicians were all very kind and friendly. Excellent care! As many of you know going in for scans can be nerve racking, they were all very great at explaining procedures and making sure you feel dignified during procedures. Highly recommend this location. It’s a plus that there is free 2 hour parking outside building however it is very busy parking lot; that’s the only down side. Still would give them 5 stars!”Read moreShow less

“I had a warm and welcoming experience at the Southport location. The staff was friendly, the clinic was clean, and the updated space was inviting, with no harsh white lighting. Service was quick, and I really appreciated the free parking. Thank you!”
