Alabaster Wellness Clinic in Ajax is truly a special place, a holistic centre dedicated to overall vitality, offering thoughtful, integrated care through homeopathy, trichology (hair and scalp health), and psychology. What sets this clinic apart is its deep commitment to understanding and addressing the root causes of health concerns, rather than simply managing symptoms. From my very first appointment, I felt genuinely heard. “Doctor Nadine is very knowledgeable and thorough on identifying definicies in my body and overall health. After n depth tests and blood work she started me on a program that has helped with erectile dysfunction, reversing type 2 diabetes, improving mental clarity, healthy bowel movements and improved skin complexion. “I have known Dr. Nadine Wong for years and each time I have interacted with her the experience has been AMAZING! She is very professional, honest,and knowledgeable in regard to my hair and scalp treatment journey. She has helped me to discover the triggers that were causing my health issues and provided the proper products/regiments along with me making the changes. I also learned that my physical and emotional issues played a huge role in the issues being presented . “Dr. Wong and I met 22 years ago, when I was looking for answers my doctor was unable to provide. Since then, I have supplemented my traditional healthcare with the care she provides. After moving 5 hours away, and eventually out of province; I have had to use the services of other Naturopaths, and have found them lacking. Some require an exorbant deposit fee before booking a consultation, another fee for conducting tests, and some have tried borderline aggressive speech tonation to upsell other services & treatments. Within this area of Health and Wellness service providers, I find her service fees to be reasonable. Because I have some knowledge of various Alternative Medicine services; I am also aware that the cost of medication etc she prescribes/recommends is within the (and sometimes much less) normal fees and cost. Regarding whatever issue I have had to consult with her for, the results have always been to a 100 percent c healing. However, I am human and have not always followed her directions, to my detriment and healing set back. Many people expect an instantaneous or within a month etc. result; and that is because they do not understand how natural health care and healing works. The care provided by Naturopaths (at least the honest ones) such as Dr. Wong, takes time. It takes years of toxins (environmental etc), coupled with various life stressors which brings diseases/disharmony into our bodies. As the saying goes "Rome was not built in a day", it takes time for the cause of our health issues to be resolved. Naturopathy may take a little longer, but it is gentler and more cohesive with our cellular biometric composition. Dr. Wong is knowledgeable, professional, honest, meticulous and ensures you understand the process, the test results, the care regime and cost. She conducts her practice with empathy and integrity.”

“I must start out by saying my experience with Dr. Wong has been amazing. I initially met Dr. Wong at a women's seminar, soon after I discovered that she was a homeopathic doctor. Dr Wong was able to explain some of the issues I was experiencing just by looking at the color of my eyes. This prompted me to seek further counsel from her in a professional setting. As a single mother of three kids under the age of 12 years old, I explained to her that I was unable to afford services due to the high cost. However, Dr. Wong was more concerned about my health and suggested a payment plan that was suitable for me and my situation. I would recommend that anyone interested in her care be transparent with their financial situation before they commit, so she can offer appropriate payment options suitable to your situation. Overall, she is very knowledgeable and provided ample amount of incite on my health concerns where I was able to use the information given to seek further medical care through other specialists.”
