“This place feels like a scam. I had a one-hour initial session today for my back injury, and the physiotherapist didn’t even take the time to properly diagnose my condition before starting treatment. Most of the session was handled by student staff who offered little to no guidance — they didn’t seem to care whether I was doing the exercises correctly. In the entire one-hour session, all I got were three basic exercises (which I already knew), a hot pack that anyone could easily use at home, and about 10 minutes of ultrasound. That’s not proper treatment — that’s just running a business. It’s disappointing to see the focus on billing and using up insurance coverage instead of genuinely helping patients recover.”Read moreShow less
