“Took a pelvis floor session in preparation for labour. Very informative and everything was explained so well. I feel way more prepared! Highly recommend”

“Started seeing Nav during the second trimester of my pregnancy and she helped me understand what was going on with my body, and then guided me through the rest of the term to manage and reduce the pains. The breathing techniques she taught me helped me sleep better at night, and through labour. The exercises she taught me postpartum have been helping me manage other challenges. Nav is friendly and easy to talk to, I highly recommend her services to expecting moms!”Read moreShow less

“After being first evaluated and checked at The Women's health Centre at the Foothills, I did not like the options available. I checked online and found Airdrie Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy which I started going to. Part of the reason I picked here, was the location. I quite like the physiotherapist. She is friendly, easy to talk to and explained the things we were doing in way I could understand. I would definitely recommend the clinic to anyone having difficulties.”Read moreShow less

“Such a fantastic experience with Naav. She helped me feel so strong and actually prepared internally for my labour and delivery. In a previous pregnancy I experienced a prolapse, but I hardly had one in my fourth with Naav. I recommend them to everyone”

“I was asked to fill out intake questions on an email. No intake form was provided. I was asked to reply to the email and answer by the number. I tried and the email went black. I mentioned it to her. Nav demanded I give my credit card beforehand. I provided my benefits information to her, she then cancelled my appointment last minute. I am not going to provide my credit card if you do not have a professional intake form. There is a lot of fraud and I have already been targeted. I would have been happy to give my credit card once I arrived at my appointment. Be professional if you want access to people’s credit cards. I have asked for them to delete my private information, hopefully they will. They did not respond to my request. I will be looking for another pelvic floor physiotherapist to help me. I would have given 0 stars but that is not an option.”Read moreShow less

“I saw Nav for pelvic floor physiotherapy after giving birth to my first baby. She is so lovely & makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk through her door, and not to mention is incredibly knowledgeable. My issues greatly reduced in a matter of weeks with her expert guidance. I look forward to returning for the next baby, thanks Nav!”Read moreShow less

“I am a professional bodybuilder and I am only 10 weeks pregnant but I wanted to get started on Pelvic Floor work right away! I am sooo thankful I found Nav. She is so personable, sweet, caring, funny, and extremely intelligent!! Knowing that I have her for this pregnancy is so comforting.
