Whenever I visit Northwest Community Health Center, I always leave as a satisfied and happy person. The quality of the services rendered here are very high and the staff are always warm, willing and helpful.

The nurse was very impatient and having no empathy. She asked me to leave right away with so much stuff on my hand. Second time visiting, a different nurse but still very bad. She cannot stay calm and professional under the stress. Both of them are having bad mood during work and no patience with newcomers. Very bad attitude and no respect towards new moms.

Took my infant child for a vaccine. After injection, I asked nurse Heather if she's gonna put some band-aid on him. She said no the bleeding has stopped. I doubted this in my heart but chose to believe her professional opinion. While sitting at the waiting room, I noticed blood seeping through my child's pants. Why are you scrimping on band-aids? Are you seriously that hard up that you can't spare ONE for a baby? From our interaction, she didn't seem like the kind who likes children. The receptionist could also use some customer service skills. Not the most courteous person.

I come to this clinic for my baby’s vaccinations because there aren’t many other options. One of the visits went well. The next visit was very different — the injection felt careless, my baby cried a lot, and there was noticeable bleeding afterward. What concerned me most was the overall hygiene. The handling did not feel as clean or careful as expected, and the general attention to detail (including nails) did not appear up to standard for a setting working with infants. This experience did not feel reassuring.

We went to get our newborn vaccination shots done and was assisted by Sharon. She was absolutely an expert regarding babies and related topics. We felt like she put in a ton of effort into explaining every single step of the way and wrote down so many helpful things on paper for us to take home. 5*

Kate Augustine, MScPT, is the best physiotherapist I have ever worked with. She is extremely professional, highly skilled, and takes her work very seriously. Her expertise, and dedication. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional physiotherapy care.

Staff deserve 5 stars but how is there no accessibility ramp? This is a hazard for new moms and the baby/children their traveling with. We have to walk 2 or 300 feet to the closest ramp, and then back again, to be able to even access the facility - that's crazy this time of year when the parking lots are skating rinks due to the ice. This should be a priority for AHS! Again, staff here are great but accessibility shouldn't be an issue for anyone anywhere! I couldn't imagine if a mother who was not fully able bodied had to deal with that! Edited to add that I did log this with patient relations at AHS.

This health center is opening in Sat but alternative, it may some happen in google map, so if you lr appointment is Sat, no worries, it's open. I go wrong place to other CHC caused by wrong information of Google. Also, I would like to say thank you to all staff, even through I was late, they still tried to arrange time slot for us, to avoid come here twice.

I visited the centre on a Friday morning for an infant immunization. It looks like they hired a new receptionist. My experience with the receptionist was very positive. She is kind and patient, she uses her soft voice and makes you feel comfortable. The nurses are always exceptional at this location. I’ve met three of them so far and they all meet my expectations 100%. During my most recent visit the nurse was simply fantastic. I can’t describe the level of comfort that she provides to the babies and their parents.

The Nurses who gave the injections to my kids (Fran and Janice) were very friendly and patient. The receptionist (old lady) was super rude and aggressive, she shouted at us to keep distance not knowing that I have two kids with two appointments to immunize. My mom was carrying the other baby and we entered together. The call center gave the first appointment to the older child by mistake which made the receptionist insist to let my older daughter to get in first however the younger baby won’t wait and needed to be breast fed if he waited and I arranged for him to get immunization first. I gave her the consent for my mother to enter with my daughter and I would wait with the baby but she refused and told me I have to enter with her to the nurse. Very impolite treatment. Never visit this branch
