“I was honestly desperate when I made that call. I was in so much pain and had already called many other places with no luck. When I reached out, I asked if they could take me in within 15 minutes since that’s how long it would take me to get there and they told me to come in right away. I walked in crying and left relieved and smiling. Garcia was incredible. I’m not sure if it was her day off or if she was on call, but she came in and I was taken into the room within five minutes of arriving. She truly listened, was patient, and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. You can immediately tell when someone is skilled and genuinely cares — and she absolutely does.
