“Ageless Beauty is my beauty secret!! I get so many compliments on my skin and it’s all thanks to the staff at Ageless Beauty. All of the staff have been so friendly and knowledgeable, I’ve most recently been seeing Arezoo who is amazing, listening to my needs, customizing my treatment, making great recommendations and walking me through each procedure. My skin looks young, fresh and healthy! The ONLY downside is that I recently received a parking ticket in the customer parking behind their spa, I was parked in a 30 minute space and my procedure took 40 minutes and I was ticketed, which was $86! There is no sign that parking is enforced so I recommend double checking the length of your appointment and finding an appropriate spot. There is plenty of parking out front on the street without time limits. Aside from that this place is the absolute best and I am so pleased with the results!! “Just wanted to share my first experience with Ageless Beauty & Spa! It was my first time doing laser hair removal and I was a bit nervous, but everything went so well. The staff made me feel comfortable right away. My technician was really nice and gentle - I didn’t feel awkward at all, and she did everything very carefully. Also, the girl at the front desk was super helpful. She helped me choose a package and even changed the laser for me because I booked the wrong one. “I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel it’s important to share. I booked a Hydrafacial Platinum expecting a relaxing, high-quality treatment, but the experience fell far short. After being brought into the room and laying down, it took approximately 15 minutes for the facial to even begin, which immediately felt disorganized. I am very familiar with Hydrafacial treatments, and during the service I had to stop the technician to point out that the suction from the device was not functioning properly. I even suggested adjusting the treatment and proceeding more like a Deluxe facial given the issue, which should not be something a client has to identify or manage during their own appointment. Throughout the treatment, there were multiple issues that made it uncomfortable and unprofessional. The solution was repeatedly dripping down my face, and the cord from the device was hitting my face, which made the experience feel poorly executed and far from relaxing. Additionally, during the lymphatic portion of the treatment, it was evident the technique was not being performed correctly. The movements did not align with proper lymphatic drainage patterns, and instead of feeling soothing, it involved dragging the skin and caused discomfort. The same areas have since been left irritated and more inflamed following the treatment. More concerning were the hygiene standards. The head wrap and linens had visible yellow stains, the bedsheet had the same yellow stains and the towels used on my face had an odor. This significantly impacted my comfort and trust in the environment. Following the facial, my skin reacted with noticeable redness, irritation, and multiple inflamed areas across my cheeks and nose. While mild redness can be normal, this level of irritation was not expected, especially from a Hydrafacial. When I was cashing out, the receptionist unknowingly tried cashing me out for the platinum Hydrafacial price and I had to correct them. Instead of asking what was wrong or talking to the technician prior, she was more concerned about why we did the deluxe instead and who made the decision. I mentioned my concerns and held back on a lot as there was two customers in the waiting area and I did not want to raise concerns. In this moment you’d expect to speak with the manager given awareness of the experience and my brief feedback of the lymphatic portion of the facial. Despite this I paid the full price and left a tip. I did reach out privately to give the clinic an opportunity to address these concerns, but unfortunately did not receive a response. I also sent a follow up photos to the clinic for their reference instead of leaving it on their Google platform. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as attention to hygiene, proper equipment function, technique, and overall client experience are fundamental in this industry.”Read moreShow less
